Student Loyalty Scheme Template

We’ve put together a Google sheet that you can use to track students' progress and loyalty. Customer loyalty programs exist everywhere from your local coffee shop or sandwich place to banks, video games, fitness centers, and anything else you can think of. They come in the form of coupons, discounts, free items or daily gifts in the case of mobile games. Options are limitless so why not introduce something similar for your business.

A customer loyalty program’s focus is to retain customers and make sure they either stick with the service long enough to discover the value or to incentivize students to spend more money than what they would usually do without. In some cases you might even prevent users from going to other coaches simply because there’s an incentive to stick with you for the long run.

How to Use the Student Loyalty Model Template

Our sheet is just an example of what you can do. In our example we aim to give a free 5th session after every 4 sessions. In the first column, we have the names of the students and in the following columns you add a checkbox everytime the student purchases a session.

• Open the Google Sheet file
• Copy the contents from the spreadsheet
• Paste it in your own sheet file
• Modify the spreadsheet to your desires
